Sony India — Sony c4 dual model repeated problem

I have bought sony c4 dual model phone with last 10 months i have faced 3 times service issue. When ever i ask to sony customer care ther is no response they telling me that just ask at service center but in service center they telling that this model is getting repeated problem i don't know what to do so i made a complaint at here if possible help me
