Sony India — sony cervice center

I have purchased a sony xperia z, which is the worst phone till now in sony z series.after few months the phone got a liquid damaged, as the liquid damage covers only 6months warranty, as per the service center says.so i decided to pay the liquid damage amount.. the problem is the service center is not giving a a single response that i can believe..m staying far away from center i have to visit each and every time they says that they will reply me ..but they are not i got a job sheet which is a proof of there negligence job sheet dat:23 aug 2014 today's date:15th sept 2014 i called sony customer care i got to know that the policy of sony is repairing only takes 10days max and if the product is not available it take 15days max..i gave my job sheet number to the customer care, even he has no proper information about the repair status. till now i have got no reply sp please help me with this
