VSK Home Shoppe, Harippad, Kerala. From the 1st year onwards, a discolouration started to appear from the top border of the screen, gradually enlarging to downwards and covering the entire screen in a year. Also the screen surface became rough and looks like a layer of skin is about to peel off. Although the TV functions normal, the picture appearing on it gives a smoky colour. Due to many personal problems, I could not raise this abnormality to you when it commenced. Your attention is requested in this matter.
