I brought Sony LED TV in 2012 and i had some problem in my SONY LED TV screen on 11th August 2014, registered a complaint on customer care sony and they assigned me request id 20499789, engineer named Suraj visited our place after two days of complaint, he had seen our TV and in two seconds he said our TV display is gone. after requested him that our LED is only two years old and its a sony brand... how come its display is gone, please check thoroughly but he denied to do so. again i registered a complaint on 14 and explained them that i am not satisfied with the engineer, please send some senior engineer. till date no engineer is visited our place. on daily basis i requested sony customer care that engineer is not visited they again gv me request id 20418160 but no impact on them till now. latest on my part is that our sony led tv is automatically ok i dont know how but picture quality is same and if as per Mr. Suraj the enginner was right than how come our led picture display has come automatically.
they told me the charge of repair is around[protected] INR.
please take action against those who dont hv bothered abt anythg.
