We have an LED TV with model no KDL46EX720 which was purchased 2 years ago.
Unfortunately when we shifted our house, the LED panel got broken.I logged in a complaint and when we took to sony authorised service centre, they said it would approximately costed Rs. 40000 and i agreed to pay that, but now they say the panel is not available in INDIA and asked me to take the TV back.
It has been just 2 years and the Panel is still available, but telling that the part is not available in india, is really very bad to hear, because SONY is an international brand and telling that the part is not available in india is wrong, since the part is available in Dubai
it is the duty of the company to get the parts of a product which is available, just cant tell that the product is not available.
the company is more interested in selling new TV's rather than solving a problem of a customer, they very easily say you could exchange to new TV,
It is really pathetic to hear from such a big company like SONY that withiun a span of 2 years, parts not available Was this information helpful? |
