When I contacted your service centre Tel No.[protected]Madona Service centre In VYTTILA, ERNAKULAM DIST) I was told that they are not willing to repair this model. Then I told them I am going to write letter to you for this type reluctance hence this complaint. Dear sir I am a retired man and I can not afford to purchase any new type of TV. Therefore please help me in this regard
