Dear Sir
I have lodged a complaint to your service center @[protected] and to the bangalore authorised service center "Abhivrudhi Tech" on 22nd August 2016, complaint number [protected]. The complaint was the Red color was not visible in the picture. The picture quality and the voice quality was perfect. There was no problem with the picture or the voice.
But with deep regret to inform you that the responds from both the service centers were pretty bad. On 24th evening @ 9.30 pm one of the technician had come and without checking the TV, he has informed that the picture tube has gone. He was bit hurry and not having the intention to identify the complaint or to rectify the problem. I could notice that his attitude was not good. But the TV was in perfect working condition, we were able to see the TV and the picture quality, voice quality was pretty good except the red colour was not visible.
Since I have insisted, he has open the TV and checked. He has cleaned the circute board and done something. It was working. The red color was visible and the picture quality was perfect. But next day(25th August 2016) we have switched on the TV, we could find that the same old problem is persisting. We could not see the Red color in the picture. I have again lodged a complaint to your service center. Your call center executive has informed that he will sent another technician. But till today no one has responded.
Yesterday (27th august 2016) again i have called up you service center, but as a surprise, I got different update from your service center people. I could find that there is a gap and the differences in the actual fact and the update provided my your bangalore service center/technician in your system.
I have informed your people to cross check and address my complaint immediately. I had a discussion with one Mr.Ashik(Supervisor) and requested him to cross check with the technician and address my complaint immediately. But till now, no responds and no communication
