Referring to job no w[protected] submitted to mangalmurti service center in thane
My handset xperia m5 dual sim was purchased on 7th apr from mango showroom in thane, immediately after the purchase it was noticed that mobile was switching off automatically and powering on only when connected to charger, submitted the handset to mangalmurthi service center on 15th apr.It's been more than 10 days and the service center has no clue by when they can return by handset.I am getting standard reply saying "piece is defective, one part is missing".Even tried speaking to global customer care, got the same reply.
I feel cheated and robbed of my hard earned money of 25k by sony, post sales service is terrible and it's been an awful & disgusting experience so far.
Will sony bother to wake up up and respond atleast now?When can i get my handset back? Why cant sony replace my handset if it is non repairable?
