[Resolved] Sony India — Sony Xperia Model no-D2302 Complaint | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased Sony Xperia mobile “Model no-D2302” on 29th Sept’14 from “M/s Ganpati Mobiles” Lucknow & within in a day of purchase I observe over heating of mobile & very poor quality of camera i.e blurred picture (8 mega pixels). When I contacted customer care they told me to update some settings which I did but nothing happened. I submitted my mobile on date 9th Oct’14 to Sony authorized service center in Lucknow i.estating above problems in my mobile having “Job no-W[protected]” After 1-week I got my mobile back from above mentioned Sony authorized service center stating that both issues has been resolved but still there was no improvement & same has been updated by myself in the job sheet. Than all of sudden my mobile screen become blank i.e. no display & I submit again my mobile to. “M/s ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS” authorized service center mentioning all 3-issues i.e. No display, mobile over heating & poor camera quality on date 4th Nov’14 having “Job no-W[protected]” I got back my mobile after 10-days at that point display issue was resolved but two issues reported earlier also i.e. mobile overheating & very poor picture quality not resolved again by the service center. Thereafter I my doing regular follow ups with customer care for resolution of above mentioned issues but with no results & I have communicated the issue to company representative Mr.Vijay (Sr.Executive) Acceleration department but he said that product is Ok & nothing more can be done.
