Sony India — sony xperia z1 anti shatter film

I have buy sony experia z1 before 1 month only few day there was too much scratch on my screen. Than I went to sony customers care to solve my broblem. But they reply we cant do any thing u have to go any mobile shop and solve your problem. They can change anti shutter film to remove scratch but they do nothing. With in worrenty period they cant solved my problem. Plz. Help me
