Dear Sir I have purchased Sony Xperia Z3 on 19th Jan.2015 form Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ..I have given this mobile to my son at India. Today it was fall down on the table by his hand & the volume key was goes inside & phone is not working now. Mobile was taken to the service center of SONY at Jamanagar, Gujarat, India . They told that it will be repaired here, You have to send back to Saudi Arabia . Now my question is that when I purchased the shopkeeper told me that is international warranty of 2 years . Why it is not operated in India ? What is the solution for make my phone operational ? I have Bill & everything with me. For your ref. I am attaching the bill copy & sticker of IME no.
