Hello,
I was facing some WiFi, Tethering and Ear Phone issues in my Xperia ZR hand set from last 2 weeks, after upgrading to new android system update (KitKat version).
I have given my handset to Vigneshwar Services-Bangalore[protected] for servicing, It's an authorized SONY service Center. As I bought this mobile just 4 months back I was expecting free warranty support by service center. They have taken my mobile after validating hand set and purchase receipt (for warranty purpose). I got a call from service center in another 2 days and it was informed that my mobile screen is broken and it will not be considered in warranty (However they can give some discounts if I take any refurbished or new handset).
I really got shocked with this response because I was using this mobile from quite long duration and given in good condition (touch screen was functional and not broken). I tried to convey same to service center but they denied and not taken any responsibility. Attaching few pics of hand set where we can notice that someone can easily find that mobile screen is broken, then why service center not informed me or not included broken screen details while creating service Id (W[protected].
Service Center team replied that they can't inspect each customer mobile because it's time consuming. Is it really a professional answer by an authorized service center staff. Customer is giving them mobile with a belief they will look after that and at least return in same condition.
Really faced pathetic service by Vigneshwar Services-Bangalore[protected].
However service center is trying to give 50% discount on new hand set but I am not interested to own SONY products without good aftersale service.
I am in sync with Sony costumer care from last 2 weeks but no results !!!
Really I lost my faith with SONY products now...
