Sony India — Sound getting mute automatically after certain time.

I had purchased Sony home theater HT-IV 300 model on 16/8/2014. From the second day I am facing problem with the device. The sound goes mute after certain time automatically. And mirror screening is not proper. I had given complaint several time but their service engineer doesnt know much more about this new model HT-IV300. They had visited 2-3 times but problem is not solved yet.
