Sony India — Sound problem on sony mobile | |||||
Dear madam/sir I purchased a sony xperia m4 aqua dual mobile on 23.06.2015 through flipkart vide tax invoice no # mum_bndi[protected]. Imei no of the mobile is "[protected]". Initially it was warming too much. Now sound is totally off. I am unable to hear the voice of other person on call. I attained sony's authorised service centre at 158 shyama prasad mukherjee road, kalighat, kolkata, west bengal, pin-700026 twice for fixing-up the sound problem. Although my handset is under warranty period but they denied to provide any service free of cost since there is a very small crack on the touch pad at the edge of my handset. They said, since there is a crack mark on your mobile, your warranty is now invalid and you have to pay for any service. My mobile is in the warranty period and there is a problem of sound but sony's authorised service centre is denying to provide necessary service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
