[Resolved]  Sony India — Sudden Appearance of Scratches/Lines on the TV Screen (Model: EX300, 32 Inch)

I had purchased a Sony Bravia TV Model: EX 300 (32 INCH) from the Chetpet Sony Centre in Chennai in 2010. Suddenly, for the last one week we are noticing scratches/lines appearing on our TV Screen, which causes severe strain & disrupts the quality of the picture. Kindly request the Concerned authority to take necessary actions & to send in the Sony service engineer to rectify this Manufacturing defect immediately. All these years I had believed in Sony Products for their quality but now this has happened with in 4 years time. Would Request immediate Action from Sony.
