Sony India — tv problem

My sony 32 ex 550 model has colour mixing problem last four days. i informed to shop sony dealer neyveli tvc, but they booked no.22937161 two days before.till today no response. tv problem is all fig. double line and red, yellow will not come till now also screen flickering.. when tv is idle ie no cable, no net, the same double line and colour problem. how can register complaint thro net? i have sony moble sony music system and somany product because of your brand but today i felt very sorry about ... .no satisfaction.
