Product :- Home theater SA D100 Complaint : purchased on 20.01.2015. not working properly from 4.4.2015 onwards. immediately i contacted with the nearby service centre at kottayam (kerala) . they accepted my complaint and send an executive Mr.Basil to home for service. He visited home on 28.4.2015. As per their information complaint is due to complaint in board and he taken the existing board and assured to replace with in one week.
