[Resolved]  Sony India — Vaio Sony laptop not working properly from the day of purchase

I bought the laptop from ezone Koramangala, Blr in May 2014. I have hardly used the laptop cause it's giving a lot of trouble to move from one screen to another, very slow and hangs. I informed the ezone sales to send someone to check it but nobody came. Two months back I even called the Sony customer care in Jayanagar, they promised to send someone but nobody turned up. Request for a solution with this issue paying so much money is now Equalent to nothing.
