Sony India — very worst response from the service centre | |||
Sir, I buy KLV-32R482B on 21/12/14.It repaired on 23.4.2015 and I register my complaint online.sevicE request ID 25143865.After two days service person came and check it. He said that Board must change and after two days he came and change it.But TV not working he said that panel must change and he said that he will come with panel two days.yet he was not come. So I contact Max service centre Trichy. one lady said the spare will come.I contact several times no responseble answer. Then I contact the service centre manager.that man transfer the call to the same lady.He was not interest to solve my problem.what is the reason for this ignorance.they treated me like a beggar. I ask you what is the duty to that manager.what is the meaning for the service center.If they know about the customer's problem. Why your service center not maintain the customer respect.
