Sony - Madonna Authorized Service Centre — delay of service and irresponsible feedback | |||
I gave a Cd player with the complaints of pen drive port not working on 21st of nov on the above mentioned center. After giving the job sheet they told me within 2 days they will let me know the issue and send me the estimate, but till 27th their was no response i called the concerned center reminded them, they told me within evening we will let you know the details. No calls then after 2 days i called Sony complaint center they promised me to solve the issue .After a day i received a call stating my Cd player is ready when i asked them about the estimate they told me their was no issue it was working normally so no need of any money if so what were they doing with that which has no issue so long...they did not give me a relevant answer. The same day i received the Cd player. my husband went on to collect he did not know that i have given the cord wire and cataloger with that Cd player. It was their responsibility to give it back along with the cd player they have not even mentioned it in the job sheet too.I called the next day and told them to check it out about that issue the lady told me i will see it and call you back no response, after 2 days i called her back and told the same old story after listening she told yes now i remember i will check it out and call you back. no call till now. i don't want to call them or Sony customer which i have used and found to be of no use...so i request you to deal with this issue so that i get back my things as well as such a reputed company do not spoil their names by such service centers so that no other person like me get suffered THANKING YOU Was this information helpful? | |||
