Sony — Mobile

I have purchased a mobile of sony on 03.10.2015 & submited to Esquare Point Indore sony service center for not working properly on 18.10.2015 but till date those people are not responding properly that when should i will get my phone back. the job card for my phone is W[protected] dtd 18.10.2015 Model of phone is E2363 coral colour.

You are kindly requetsed to look into the matter & resolve my issues earliest.
