Sony Mobile — mobile dead in warranty | |||
I have been using this Sony Xperia Z Ultra mobile from six months now and still in waranty. Six months earlier I had purchased this mobile from Amazon.com on 4th December 2014. Now in some incident it got completely dead. It was mildly raining, not much and my mobile was in my bag when this all happened . The mobile hardly got wet due to rain but, I dont know for some reason it didnt start and thereafter it was completely in a dead condition. I approached some authorized SONY service center (Kavya Enterprises, narayanpeth, Pune) seeking a solution for it . The manager there told me that " The production for this mobile has been stopped and also the service centers also dosent have the authority to do service for this mobile. This mobile couldn't get repaired and only be a part of the dustbin". So after listening to such a kind of misleading statement from him I seeked help from some local repair center where he asked me Rs 2500. but I was not willing to do so and brought it back. I had also called the SONY customer care service but they said that they are not having any solution for this problem and they cant help me out from this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
