Sony Mobile — Not getting the Replacement of manufacture defective product

I have purchased the sony xperia M dual sim mobile from shopping.indiatimes.com, I have ordered the mobile on 31-Oct-2013 and i have received the product on 7th-November-2013. I was facing So many problems on this mobile on 10-Nov-2013 itself. I went to the near by service Sony Authorized service center, They told mother board is crashed this will not come under warranty, i asked to India times customer care, they told, bring the DOA letter from service center then we will replace the mobile. Now i got the DOA letter from Service center, But Indiatimes saying we will not give any replacement, Sony center only will provide it, But sony centre is saying we will not give replacement bcz it's not come under warranty. But i am not used my mobile even for 2 days, Mobile is don't have even a single scratch. Plz help me reg this issue to me.
