Sony — Mobile Repair

I gave mobile for repair on 08.09.15 vide Job no. Wii[protected].
Just saying will be repaired next week,
No result till date.

Today i contacted, chat officer, with no proper reply.

Asked to contact senior,

was promised that senior will call me at 4pm
but sorry to say Till 6.oopm no one had called me at [protected].
This is the service of Sony.
