Sony Mobiles India — Refusing for replace in warranty period | |||
Dear Team Sony India, i am being your customer from 10 years but last year i purchased your smartphoney xperia zr c5502 but after 24 hrs i found a problem of motherboard i.e, wifi, bluetooth, hotspot and all other wireless things not working, so i visited your ambala service centre and they told me the set will get swap but after the time my mobile got swap, the online site showing my handset out of warranty. NOW COME TO MY POINT: From today morning my cell phone suddenly stop charging and when i visited your service centre of ambala, they are saying that your set is showing out of warranty, Moreover, my handset lamination got dirty so i tried to replace it from market but while removing old lamination of sony, the sony logo also start removing, so i stopped there and using in that condition from 4months, and now your service centre executives saying that this voids Warranty.Its my humble request to team sony that please don't get so nasty just lil bit of sony S wear u are being deny it from warranty, its only 7months old..Kindly please sort it out i will be very thankfully to you.
