Sony — No progress on refund status for > 2 weeks

Complaint # : 16966504. Requested refund for a led tv that stopped working a few minutes after purchase. No progress has been made on the case. I keep getting the same response everyday that the sony department needs to get a call from some one else who seems to be napping. This is really frustrating as this blocks me from making another purchase.
