Sony — Sony earphones

I am using sony earphones since october and after three months i got it replaced as one of the earplug stopped working suddenly and again i am facing the same problem with these new earphones and i am residing in jawahar nagar and it has only service centre in roop nagar and it does not deal with earphone things.i went there and they asked me to go to shastri nagar to get my earphones replaced. I am really disappointed by the service provided by sony care.i am also using sony xperia z3 compact and the service center in roop nagar does not deal with out of warranty stuff.i got some prblm with the phone then again i went shastri nagar for four times to get it solved.this is such an irritating thing.if you are providing your service to the customers why don't u provide it full.earlier it was good but now i am very much disappointed with the kind of service u r providing.i won't recommend anybody to buy sony stuff.i am done with sony.now again i can not go to shastri nagar to get it replaced.i will switch over to some other company.
