Sony — Used Product Sold to Customer

I purchased a sony xperai T2 Ultra in a sony center outlet in Forum Value Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore yesterday (dated: 8-JULY-2014). After switching on the mobile, i saw a photo that was already taken using the mobile's camera. It is a used product that is sold to me. it was taken on 19-JUNE-2014. some videos were also preloaded in the mobile. I need an replacement for that mobile same model.
