Dear Sir/Ma'm
I had given my laptop for servicing in your authorized SONY service center in Dalibagh, Lucknow, U.P. It was proper working. There were some following problems:
1. OS booting delay
2. USB port was not proper working.
The moment, I handed over the laptop to the service center, I informed them to not formating the laptop without prior approval from me but they have done so. Now they are demanding the Rs 9, 750 for Hard Disk Drive change. Why should I pay this amount ?. I told sony customer care centre but they did not help me.Service center said me your hard disk drive has crashed but how could this possible because when, I had given laptop at service center then laptop was proper working I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful action.
