[Resolved]  Sony VAIO — unresolved complaint about faulty laptop

i brought a sony vaio ultra book for 80000/- on 23rd November, 2013.but when i used it i realized that the base of the ultra book is so light that it bends a bit, below the track pad when we place both hands on keyboard while the ultra book is on the lap. the base gets pressurized, bends and by default the left click of the trackpad gets activated, hindering the normal working. i took the ultra book to the sony service centre 3 times in 3 months but to no proper solution. so finally they did write on the work sheet that the problem is not solved as it is a design issue.
