Sony is not taking care about their products and when i asked service center they will give an irresponcible answer that it is an normal defect in all company lcd tv's and lcd tv's will lasts only about 2 to 3 years .To replace the display they took 1month time, but also they charged me 11, 000rs. my name vivekanandan the same problem i got you see down side we are purchased 3000 rs that is 34000 RS they are coolly saying you chance panel.
