[Resolved]  SOTC — no tour manager in group tour to hongkong n macau in diwali

I had booked a group package from sotc. Very horrible experiance.no tour manager n. All senior citizens carrying luggage.no help frm hotel confirmed by sotc. no indian Breakfast in china.poorly organized by sotc. Goodbye sotc.
