The conductors of buses from durgapur to esplanade asks for rs.300-400 for even a small luggage. They don't even provide a ticket. They forcefully throws out the passengers if they are not bribed. When they are informed of complaints, they say "jake complain korar kore nin, amar kichu jai asbe na". I would request you to kindly generate a 24x7 helpline number so that the safety & convenience of passengers is not at further stake. The number of passengers have already decreased.
