South Central Railway — Non refund of ticket fair due to the cancellation of train no. 16360 PNBE ERS express on 19 nov. 2015.

I have booked confirm 3 AC ticket for Aurangabad to tirupati in NSLMAS express and Tirupati to Ernakulam in PNBE ERS express.
I reached Tirupati on 17/11/2015 by NSL MAS express. And stay at Tirupati on 18.11.2015. On 19.11.2015 i am going to Ernakulam by PNBE ERS express with my family. Allready i have booked 3 AC tickets of PNR[protected] before two months. But on time Train No. 16360 PNBE ERS express is cancelled.
Regarding the ticket and travelling i meet the Station master Mr. Mungallu on 19.11.2015 at morning 9.30 am. But he didnot give response to me and say go out from my cabin.
Then i went to reservation center and meet to concern incharge. They also doesnot response and not given altetae ticket for journey. Thats why i asked to reservation officer for refund of my ticket fair. But he couldnot response me and he told me to give application at secundrabad for refund.
It was very bad and harashmented. So take necessory action against to stationaster and refund my money.
