I paid electricity bill using billdesk online payment on 12/02/2015 for SC number [protected]**3. Money got deducted from bank and credited to apspdcl. After a month i went to APonline and paid electricity bill and the next month when i go to aponline they said you have not paid bill(which should be paid on February) and pay the bill with extra fee. So i called SBI and BillDesk. They both said transaction is complete and ask APSPDCL about this transaction. I don't know what happened. I go to current office and they said you haven't paid amount on February 12 and bank said I did paid amount. I mailed two times to APSPDCL and also I called APSPDCL. I am far away from my home.
