Dear Sir,
I was ordered and remit the payment of Rs 3200 through net banking facility given by federal Bank [payment successful id 27544200] .But the product (MG 142 Popular Preethi Mixer Grinder) not reached yet .I am waiting one week they given me a fedex track id[protected] then I contacted them, but the information is that the item not physically handover by the local courier guy . In this situation I contact my bank they are helpless because of payment was successfull.Soyng.com given me a invoice in pdf format I can send you if it’s required in future. Please do the needful to reach my item or refund the amount from the seller .Please replay me sir at the earliest

I had ordered I phone 5S Gold 16 Gb and paid Rs.37000 through my credit card. My order No :CBJXMKFXX . I have received payment invoice and got an assurance that my phone would be delivered by 15th of Oct 2014 but still i haven't received my packet yet.
They have one mobile number mentioned in their web site which never respond, after my so many e-mail they replied me that my packet has been shipped through FEDEX Courier but they didn't provide me tracking number.
I can just pray that, i am not victim of Internet fraud.

As i was keep on trying to contact hem through phone, it is not working. In this situation I contact my bank they are helpless because of payment was successfull.Soyng.com given me a invoice in pdf format I can send you if it’s required in future. Please do the needful to reach my item or refund the amount from the seller .Please reply me sir at the earliest
