First of all thanks for your precious time and looking at the email.

The above amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account but the transaction failed. The recipient is an Power Distribution Franchisee for the City of Nagpur (Maharashtra-India)

Please suggest as what is to be done now. Whom to contact for getting the payment back.
