Spar hyper Market — Worst Customer service by Spar Hyper Market

Hi, Spar Hyper has good reputation in Bangalore and Chennai. I went to Vadapalani Spar Hyper Market and shopped two hours. We brought many commodities and waiting to pay bill and go home. It was a long queue to bill and we were came to queue at 9pm and when we reach near to biller at 09:30pm on 15 Aug 2015, she told us that the counter is closed. All other counters are having very big queue and its take me another 30minutes to reach biller. Here the concern is if you are going to close a counter, she could have informed us early or somebody would have stand to inform that the counter is closed. Behind me there are 5 more customers were standing in the queue. When i asked why you didn't inform earlier about counter closing, she replied in a rough way as she is going to close whatever you want, you go a head and do it. This is not the way to treat a customers who shopped with a 2 years old kid with two hours and waited in a queue for 30 mins to bill. Atlast I left my all commodities and reached customer care executive to complaint and waited another 30 minutes to bill all commodities etc. If you keep on doing the same, I hope you will loose all your Spar customers. As i am shopping since four years in Spar Hyper market in Gopalan Signature at Bangalore and now in Chennai Vadapalani Spar Hyper Market.I never seen like the customer service in any other Super Markets even in Saravana Stores, Pothys and Jeyachandran who has more than millions of customers. Kindly take necessary actions against the biller Ms NagaJyothi and confirm us or I will stop shopping in spar and the same will circulate to my WhatsApp Friends, Facebook and twitter.So that no other customer and my close friends will face the unrespectful manner.
