Spark Realty, Pune — Builder not refunding money post-cancellations (9 months overdue)

Sequence of Events as below: 1. Flat Booking Date: 23rd March 2013 with booking amount 1, 00, 000 2. 50% payment done to the builder on 4th April 2013 of Rs 5, 63.000 3. Registration not done till 1 September 2013 (Kept giving excuses for 6 months for not doing registration) 4. Since registration was not done in 6 months of booking and as stated and discussed with the sales team, they promised cancellation without any cuttings 5. 1rst Cheque of 6.63, 000 issued on 10 Sept 2013 post dated on 10 Oct 2013 6. Cheque applied 10 Oct 2013 and cheque BOUNCED!!! 7. Post which mutiple cheques have been provided and all bounced back. Builder is still not ready to pay the full amount together... and has not paid ANYTHING till now. Please help!!

Same story here.. I had booked in their other project Matrix meadows in March 2012, Paid 453000 and not get anything.

I am planning to go to consumer court for compensation and
civil court for cheque bounce.

I will suggest you to follow the same.

Or, if we could get all the customers on board, then it will be good for us.

Same story with me...I am also planning legal action against them...I would appreciate if you could send me your contacts and we can fight together...Sumeet is not refunding money, just spinning stories...refund cheque bounced for me too...anyone who is a victim of this builder, please contact me..we will fight together!!!

And for the other people out there ...please do not book with this builder, they are not at all trustworthy ...builder name : spark realty...website - sparkrealty.com in Pune they have most of their projects in Wagholi

The dream of having your own house can be easily fulfilled with Spark Realty. Located at Wagholi, which is the destination of excellent connectivity to Pune city.
