[Resolved] Spectranet — Internet is not working since last 5 days | |||
My internet is not working since last 5 days. I have complaint this to Spectranet Customer care they have logged a complaint which was close after 4 days but the issue is not fixed. I have dropped a mail to Appelate authority (Rajat Arora) but no response. I have already paid for 3 moths in advance. They are not fixing issue, each time customer care gives same response that engineer is assigned to you. there must be some strict action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||

Happy service
Hi i got connection from spectranet on 11 july 2013 am not satisfied with their customer service so i cancel the service but now they given connection volunterly now service is good in chennai amhappy with spectranet . thanks
