I had an Internet outage on 22nd February. I waited for a day and then tried calling their call center for 2 days, but I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes each time and no one picked up the call.
Finally on 25th, I got through and I asked them to check. They did the usual routine of asking me to unplug the wire and restart the router etc. but nothing worked.
Finally, on 26th the formally took a complaint (#[protected]).
It has now been 6 days and there has been no resolution. The ERT was supposed to be 28 Feb, but nothing happened.
Since the last 4 days, I have been calling them almost 3-4 times every day and each time I get the same response that "We will escalate this will fix this by 8pm on same day. You will get a call from the engineer". But neither do I get a call, nor is the issue fixed.
And I have unfortunately taken a 1 year subscription with them and cannot even get my money back.
Such providers should be boycotted and charge-sheeted for fraud.
