Spectranet — No response to the regular complaints made on 'Internet not working'

My internet is not working for the past 15- 20 days. I am making a call to the customer support everyday, but the only response i get is that they will resolve the issue in next 8 hours.Its already past 480 hours. My internet plan is approx 1400 per month. Since spectranet is not listening to my complaint, i take it as a fraud made by the company by not providing the service( internet) and not responsing to the complaint made everyday.
