spencer's retail ltd — Faulty oil jar

Dear sir, I bought "Freedom Sunflower oil 5Lt jar" at Spencer's Hyper Store, Attapur, Hyderabad on[protected]. MRP of this product is Rs.555/- after discount sold at Rs.425/-. After that on[protected] when I opened it some bad smell coming from that oil and I immediately called to customer care regarding this and they told me that I will receive a confirmation message with Ref, No of my complaint. But I did not received any message regarding this. On[protected] I took this oil jar to the retail store where I bought it. There I met store manager Mr Ganesh. I explained the same to him. He told me that if the package is sold in expired date he will exchange that with fresh one. But fortunately the validity of this product still remains. He told me that he cannot do anything and he suggested me to go to the manufactures office and exchange this. Again I filled a feedback form and gave it to him. He dropped it in drop box located in same place. The Ref no of this feedback for is Ref.NO.173375. After that ask him what to do if my request was not full filled and also ask him that should I need consult the manufacturer of this product or Consumer Court. He told me that it is my wish. Immediately I spoke to customer care again on this and explained all what happened between the store manager and me. The customer care executive requested me to wait for 1 hour. After 20 min I got a call from +[protected]Spencer’s Corporate saying that he received a complaint and ask me about this I explained the same to him what was told to do by the store manager, The Customer Care executive told me that I don't need to go anywhere (Manufacturers office or Consumer Court). I will get call within three days the problem will be solved. He gave me another complaint Ref No.[protected] for the same. Still there is no response from Spencer’s Retail Ltd regarding this. Please look in to this and suggest what to do. For your convenience, I have included details of your Purchase bellow.
