I am my friend after the office plan to see the movies. it was Monday and we book the show of 2:20 as I was coming from the office so I was carrying my laptop.



we were not permit to see the show with the laptop even the baggage counter refused to take the laptop bag. and even manager was not refunding my money. even we request to the manage to have the bag let us go to watch the movie. that was also not been permitted.



I have booked the ticket from the book my show. even they could not help us. not in refunding the ticket. when they call to the manager then he was ready to take the bag nearly after the 40 min for the movies passed away.



so guys I request u all to stop going to the spice cinemas in noida. because they don’t know how to treat a customer and they are so rude on there things. there excuse was we have made written that u can’t carry the laptop or camera to the hall. I ask why this conditions not been show by the time of booking the ticket. and after the tickets are been book there is no provision of returning the money.



so I request you to be safe with the game. book my show will take your money and spice cinemas will not let u to see the movies if you are coming from the office. So we have made a decision not to go to spice mall and I request u all for the same. and not to book the ticket from the book my show. even they take 10.33 per tax extra. but do not give the provision to cancel the ticket.



they both are making fool o[censored]s. so beware.
