I bought 20k phone + insurance 2k from e2 kalkaji branch mr. pankaj[protected] on sept 2105. now i need insurance as the phone is accidentally damaged. store people guided me to fdelhi office in kalkaji. the person there gave me number[protected] for complaint and web address : www.fdelhiclaims.com. now on dialing number when you reach to connect to the operator, operator never picks up and you only get the recorded voice messaged repeated. for website also dns server not found. this clearly seems that spice hotspot and insurance company are hand in had in this fraud. please take your decisions wisely while dealing with both of them.
