I have had a horrible time with spice jet and I regret to have chosen the airline and this is my last booking with the airline .i had booked my ticket for 5th June 2015 with PNR T193VR in the name of Vishal Sood and Tripti Khaitan which I reds heddle for Next Day on 6th June 2015 6:20 am flight to my surprise I was asked to go to airport to deposit the fare difference and feed which I did I stay I noida I went all the way to T3 counter and deposited 1920 Rs and asked for printout of the tickets, lady at spice jet counter collected the money and did not give the receipt or the revised tickets cited that her printer is not working and I can take the print out when I travel.
Today when I called helpline for the revised itenary I was told that payment is still due from my side this is higly ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour of your part.please initiate investigate and address this issue of else I will initiate further action and escalation on this.
