[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Flight camcellation and non refund of amount

Sir,
I booked a spicejet flight from Amritsar to Mumbai for 12 Dec 2014 via
make my trip. But due to some reasons the flight got cancelled. I had to
then take the other flight at much elevated prices. I was assured that
the amount will be refunded within 30 days but i have not received my
amount till now. I also mailed spicejet few days back, in turn i got the
automated reply assuring they will get back soon but noone replied. I
again sent the mail on 12/01/2015 and agian got the automated reply. I
would like to file for compensation for the extra burden i had to bear
and the delay in processing the refund procedure.
