This complaint is regarding PNR Y4DSFV
I have booked the ticket on 31 August 2014 for bangalore to Mumbai and back to Bangalore
when the flight got cancelled, I called customer care on 31st December and asked them to refund my money
Today when I called them they are telling that they have reverted my money on 4th Jan.
When I asked about the transition ID they refused to give me, when I asked them to put my phone to seniors they even refused to do so.
But the fact is that I have not received any money in my account
I have sent an email now to Nodal Office and Appellate Office and waiting what they have to say. Was this information helpful? |
