Spice Jet Airlines — Refund | |||
I made a flight booking for a round trip dated 6th November, 2015 to 15th November, 2015, and paid via debit card. The booking was made on 18th July 2015. The total amount for the trip for Rs. 18677 was debited from my account but the booking was not confirmed on the spicejet portal. I called the customer support multiple times regarding the same and I was told that no booking has been made in my name. Also the customer support wasn't very helpful and had a very rude behavior throughout the call. Lame comments were being passed regarding the complaint by other staff members from behind and I could hear them making fun of other customers as well. The staff did not have any etiquette and seemed absolutely irresponsible while dealing with my complaint.
