My flight PNR number is D3TGJS. Passengers name are Navin Chandra Singh, Jayshree Singh and Apoorva Chauhan.Mob.No.:- [protected]. Flight is from Hyderabad to Varanasi(one stop at Delhi) dated 4th July, 2014. This flight has been discontinued by the airline itself. I had telephonic talk with the airline authorities who assured me that the full ticketing amount i.e.Rs.15, 455/- will be refunded to me.However, the actual refunded amount is only Rs. 10, 455/-.I request you to look into the matter and refund me the entire amount at your earliest convinience.
